- Spark plug socket
- Ratchet
- Extension
- Torque wrench
- New spark plugs
Step-by-Step Instructions

Let the engine cool completely (wait 2+ hours after driving)

Disconnect the negative battery terminal

Remove the engine cover if equipped

Disconnect the ignition coil electrical connectors

Remove the ignition coil bolts and lift out the coils

Use the spark plug socket to remove the old spark plugs

Check and adjust the gap on new spark plugs

Install new spark plugs by hand first, then torque to spec (18-22 Nm)
